Revised Owners Corporation schedule template

A revised Owners Corporation (OC) schedule template has been created with the following changes:

  • The plan number is now entered into the top right cell. This ensures that any stage number supplied appears in this cell only.
  • The total heading 'Previous stages' has been changed to 'Balance of existing OC' to cater for non-staged subdivisions that alter existing OCs.

Note: Applicant Contacts are encouraged to begin using the revised OC spreadsheet for all new plans immediately, although the existing OC spreadsheet will continue to work in the interim.

See How do I set up my plan templates? to download the OC schedule spreadsheet template. If you have any questions please contact us.
