Land Services Victoria

Land Services Victoria is the Victorian Government's key agency for land administration, property information and facilitating better use of government owned land. It is responsible for land titles and records, the Victorian Water Register, property valuation, surveying, online property information and services, Electronic Conveyancing, SPEAR and geographic place names.
