User Group Meetings

User Group Meetings are generally held twice a year in line with planned system releases. All SPEAR users are encouraged to attend these meetings to learn about the changes planned in the next scheduled release, contribute in discussions regarding potential enhancements and as an opportunity to network with other users.

User Group Meetings are held in Melbourne and in regional Victoria. Users are advised of meeting locations by broadcast message through the SPEAR system.

Previous meetings

After each User Group Meeting the presentation and a summary of discussions are posted to the website for attendees to review and comment on and to inform users who were unable to attend the meeting.
