All Victorian councils are now using SPEAR. If you require access to SPEAR please contact your Local Administrator or contact us.

Training
Training is essential for all new SPEAR users. The SPEAR team provides training either on-site at your office or at 2 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne.
If you would like to arrange an on-site training session for your organisation, please contact us. Otherwise if you are interested in attending one of the free quarterly sessions, please see the scheduled training dates.
