How do I process fees?

Recording payment details in SPEAR

A referral authority can record details of payments received (usually from the Applicant Contact) at any time after the application has been referred to it. Records of these payments have no logical impact on SPEAR (i.e. they do not affect the status or ability of the referral authority to respond to referrals).

To record details of a payment received, select the optional action ‘Record details of payment’ and enter the relevant information.
