How do I comment on conditions?

Managing conditions

Once an application reaches the status of 'Permit Decision' or 'Certification Decision Pending', the Responsible Authority has the option of creating a list of conditions that are required to be met before either the certification or Statement of Compliance can be issued.

This function is designed to facilitate communication between referral authorities, applicants and Responsible Authorities regarding outstanding conditions and maintains a log of comments for each condition.

Access for referral authorities to respond to the conditions set up by the Responsible Authority can be found under 'Manage Conditions' in the 'Other Actions' drop-down list in either the applicants documents/actions or the referral authorities documents/actions.
