Overview

SPEAR is a free service provided by the Victorian Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning.

SPEAR officially supports the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox and Microsoft Edge.

SPEAR requires all submitted documents to be in PDF format. In some cases, other file types are accepted including spreadsheets for new street address allocations and Owners Corporation schedules, surveyor CAD files for digital survey geometry and ePlan XML files.
