Overview

SPEAR is a free service provided by the Victorian Department of Sustainability and Environment in conjunction with the Department of Planning and Community Development.

SPEAR officially supports Internet Explorer 7, 8 and Mozilla Firefox on Windows XP, and Internet Explorer 9 on Windows 7.

Cookies must be enabled for all subscribers who logon to SPEAR. Unlike many websites, SPEAR only uses session cookies which are valid for the current browser session and are not stored on disk.

SPEAR requires all submitted documents to be in PDF version.
