Members of the public are able to lodge submissions (either supporting or objection to a proposal) within SPEAR. Before you can lodge a submission in SPEAR you must register so SPEAR can email you a username and password. Once you have your username and password, you must log in, find the relevant application, and attach your submission.
It is important to remember that by lodging a submission in SPEAR, the submission will be viewable by members of the public, the Responsible Authority, Referral Authorities and the Applicant Contact.
