Pay and lodge

Once the plan acceptance officer has completed the pre-lodgment check, you will be able to pay and lodge.

NOTE: Only users who have been authorised to pay and lodge, via their SPEAR user settings will be able to access this function. This setting can be modified by a Local Administrator.

Steps

You will need to complete the following steps to pay and lodge:

  1. The fee amount to be paid will be displayed. Select whether you wish to pay by direct debit or credit card.
    NOTE: The direct debit option will only be available to existing Land Use Victoria direct debit customers. For more information, see the SPEAR website.
  2. Click on the 'pay and lodge' button.
    • If you selected to pay by direct debit, no further action is required, and a confirmation screen will be displayed.
    • If you select to pay by credit card, you will be directed to the Westpac Secure Payments gateway to enter your credit card details. Once payment has been made, a confirmation screen will be displayed.
  3. Click on the 'return' button to return to the Details screen.

You will be notified once the application has been lodged at Land Use Victoria and the lodgement summary report is ready to view in SPEAR.

The application will be processed in accordance with Land Use Victoria's current registration processing times. You will be notified once the application has been registered at Land Use Victoria and the title allocations notice is ready to view in SPEAR.
