The ePlan team at Land Victoria is currently investigating the technical, institutional and legal aspects of a 3D digital cadastre for Victoria. The 3D ePlan Prototype developed by the ePlan team is an interactive visualisation application which demonstrates some of benefits of a 3D digital cadastre. The Prototype shows how the legal and physical objects of a building subdivision plan can be stored, visualised and queried in a 3D digital environment.

Minimum System Requirements

Land Victoria's 3D ePlan Prototype is based on WebGL technology and requires a Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) capable of processing shaders. At least 256 MB graphic memory is required for working this Prototype. Google Chrome is the recommended web browser for this Prototype, however, Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer can also be used.
