CAD-VR05-01 - Identifier label: parcel
Example Messages
- 3 closed parcel(s) in layer ‘LOT-CREATED’ have no corresponding label(s) according to the expected naming convention in text layer ‘TEXT-LOT-ID’. The CAD feature ID for these parcels is as follows: ‘6e2b, 6e3f, 6e40’.
Please make sure each closed parcel has only one corresponding identifier label.
Rule Description
- Each closed parcel needs to have only one corresponding identifier label in its relevant text layer.
Exception
- The parcel IDs for overlapping parcels can be within the same polygon.
- If there's more than one parcel ID with the same value within a polygon (e.g. E1), skip it.

CAD-VR05-02 - Unique identifier label: parcel
Example Messages
- 1 closed parcel(s) in layer ‘RESTRICTION-CREATED’ have more than one corresponding label in text layer ‘TEXT-RESTRICTION-ID’, including (‘RST1’, ‘RST2’). The CAD feature ID for these parcels is as follows: ‘6e42’.

CAD-VR05-03 - Unique identifier label: overlapping Easements
Example Messages
- Easements with feature IDs ‘23a1, 65de’ overlap, but the overlapping part either doesn’t have any identifier or has more than one identifier in layer TEXT-EASEMENT-ID.
Rule Description
- Where Easements overlap, the overlapping part must have only one corresponding identifier label in its relevant text layer.
Exception
- The parcel IDs for overlapping parcels can be within the same polygon.
- If there's more than one parcel ID with the same value within a polygon (e.g. E1), skip it.

CAD-VR05-04 - Unique identifier label: overlapping Crown Land Services
Example Messages
- Crown Land Services with feature IDs ‘8966, 88ba’ overlap, but the overlapping part either doesn’t have any identifier or has more than one identifier in layer TEXT-CROWN-LAND-SERVICE-ID.
Rule Description
- Where Crown Land Services overlap, the overlapping part must have only one corresponding identifier label in its relevant text layer.
Exception
- The parcel IDs for overlapping parcels can be within the same polygon.
- If there's more than one parcel ID with the same value within a polygon (e.g. E1), skip it.

CAD-VR05-05 - Identifier label: control points
Example Messages
- 3 Control points with coordinates (‘330151.490, 5825595.136’), (‘331125.373, 5825518.937’), (‘331624.319, 5825424.233’) within layer ‘POINT-CONTROL-PM’ have no corresponding label (nine figure number) in text layer TEXT-POINT-CONTROL-ID. The CAD feature ID for these points is as follows: ‘e3f4, e3f5, e3f6’.
Please make sure the insertion point (lower left corner) of PM/PCM nine figure number text is positioned exactly on the PM/PCM point coordinates.
Rule Description
- The insertion point (lower left corner) of PM/PCM nine figure number text should be positioned exactly on the PM/PCM point coordinates.
Exception
- The parcel IDs for overlapping parcels can be within the same polygon.
- If there's more than one parcel ID with the same value within a polygon (e.g. E1), skip it.
