VR073 - Title Connection


Example Messages

  • Parcel(s) ‘Lot1\PS123456A’ is/are not appropriately fixed or connected.
  • Parcels must be fixed/connected using (in the order of preference):
    1. Connection to a road alignment intersection
    2. Connection to a bend in a road alignment
    3. Connection to a Crown parcel
    4. Connection to natural boundary

Rule Description

All primary subject parcels, affected primary parcels in plans under Section 23, and existing parcels in a Boundary Plan must be fixed/connected using (in the order of preference):

  1. Connection to a road alignment intersection
  2. Connection to a bend in a road alignment
  3. Connection to a Crown parcel
  4. Connection to natural boundary
