VR061 - Owners Corporation for Created Common Property


Example Messages

  • At least one Owners Corporation must be created/affected for created Common Property "CP1\PS123456".
  • At least one Common Property must be created for the "Limited to CP" Owners Corporation "OC1\PS123456".

Rule Description

  • If Common Property is created in the plan there must be at least one created or affected Owners Corporation created and its purpose must be 'Limited', 'Limited to CP' or 'Unlimited'.
  • If there is at least one Owners Corporation created with purpose "Limited to CP" there must be at least one Common Property created in the plan.

Rule does not apply to plans without both common property and owners corporations.

Precondition

VR006 - Owners Corporation Limitation Exists

VR131 - Common Property With Address


Example Messages

  • Common Property "CM1\PS623100" has a location address of "7 Junction Street EAGLEHAWK 3556". A manual check is required.

Rule Description

If a Common Property has a location address, then flag it for examiners.
