Rule Description

Road parcels must have a description identifying the road name. Rule is not applicable if plan does not have any roads.

VR044 - Road Name in Vicmap Transport

Example Messages

• Road "R1\PS123456" with road name "Belugal St" does not match Vicmap Transport.

Rule Description

The existing road name in ePlan must match the road name in Vicmap Transport within the localities specified in ePlan. Roads can also specify 'ROAD' or 'Government Road' as the name, in this case checks against Vicmap Transport is not performed.

VR045 - Road Vesting

Example Messages

• Road "R1\PS123456" does not define a vesting authority.
• The vesting authority of "Banyule City Council" specified for Road "R1\PS123456" is not known to Land Use Victoria. Manual check is required.

Rule Description

• All created roads must identify the vesting authority. Rule is not applicable for plans without created roads.
• The road vesting authority must exist in Proprietor List in VOTS.
