Create/Manage Organisations, Sites and Users

  1. Select "Create/Manage Organisations, Sites and Users" from the administration menu.
  2. Select from the Site List, the organisation and/or site you wish to edit.
    Note: If your organisation has multiple sites, your administration rights need to be assigned to each site in the list.
  3. If you wish to maintain the organisations contact details, click the 'edit' button next to the site list. See Edit Organisation/Site for information on managing organisation details.
  4. If you wish to edit the details of a particular user or create a new user for a site or organisation, click the 'display users' button. Refer to Managing/Creating Users for information on managing user details.
  5. If you wish to create a new site within your organisation, click on the 'create site' button. Refer to Creating a new Site for information.
