Request additional documents for endorsement

The Responsible Authority can request a new version of any endorsed documents to be supplied by the Applicant Contact if required.


You will need to complete the following to request additional documents for endorsement:

  1. Select one or more endorsed documents that require a new version.
  2. Provide details of your request by attaching a PDF or entering text directly into SPEAR and click the 'Add Now' button.
  3. To complete the process the request must be authenticated from the application Details screen.

SPEAR will place a mandatory action on the Applicant Contact to provide the requested document(s) and a notification email will be sent.
