Add Consent

The 'Add Consent' screen provides the consenting party three radio buttons to choose from:

• Consent and retain notice
• Consent and remove notice
• No consent required

The consenting party must select one in order to proceed and must also supply a reference number for this application.

Consent and retain notice

This option is selected if the consenting party consent to the application proceeding with the notice on title being retained. After completing this, there is no further action required by the consenting party in SPEAR.

Consent and remove notice

This option is selected if the consenting party consent to the application proceeding with the notice on title also being removed. After this action has been completed the consenting party is required to complete the 'Add Application to Remove an Instrument' mandatory action which will automatically be displayed.

No consent required

This option is selected if the consenting party are not required to consent to this application proceeding. After completing this, there is no further action required by the consenting party in SPEAR.
