Submit PM Sketch Plan

Applicant Contacts can submit a PM Sketch Plan application to Surveyor General Victoria. Each submission can include multiple PM Sketch Plans.

Steps

You will need to complete the following to create a PM Sketch Plan application

  1. Select "Submit PM Sketch Plan" from the drop down list at the top right of the application list screen.
  2. Begin typing the parish name into the ‘Parish’ field. SPEAR will display a list of parishes based on the letters you have entered. Select the relevant parish for this application by clicking on its name.
  3. Select the relevant municipality for this application from the 'LGA' drop down list.
  4. Enter the 4 digit PM number.
  5. Click the 'Browse' button to browse and attach the PM Sketch Plan PDF.
  6. Indicate whether or not the plan is to be certified by a licensed surveyor.

Note: Click the add another row hyperlink if you need to add another PM Sketch Plan into this application and repeat the process from step 2. Otherwise continue to the next step.

  1. Click the 'add now' button.
  2. If you indicated that a plan is to be certified by a Licensed Surveyor, it will need to be signed from the Details Tab. Click the 'authenticate - sign' button and follow the digital signing process in order to certify the PM Sketch Plan(s). Otherwise, the plan(s) will need to be authenticated with your SPEAR password.
  3. Once you have authenticated all PM Sketch Plans within an application, click 'Submit Application' to submit the application to Surveyor General Victoria.
