Land Victoria lodging parties

Lodgement with Land Victoria can happen any time after the plan has been certified by the Responsible Authority, with the Statement of Compliance (SOC). This is the same practice currently in place for plans under the Subdivision Act.

As the lodging party is not directly involved with SPEAR, they rely on the Applicant Contact to communicate when the documentation is ready for lodgement.

To make communication easier, SPEAR allows the Applicant Contact to notify the lodging party via email when the release has occurred. Once the plan is released, the lodging party may proceed to lodge a plan with Land Victoria.
