Creating and managing guests

SPEAR applicants can grant guest access to third parties, allowing them to view, print and save documents and make payments on an application-by-application basis.

 

Guests can have access to any document in an application but they cannot upload or modify the document.

Emailing and saving SPEAR documents

All documents in SPEAR are in PDF format. SPEAR makes it easy to email multiple documents and to download and save them on a computer or document management system.

What is the Referral Authority Directory?

The Referral Authority Directory provides a state-wide, centrally accessed source of referral authority contact details.

 

Each Responsible Authority (council) maintains the list of referral authorities that are applicable for their organisation.  Referral authorities maintain the details of their organisation or site.

 

Any enquiries should be directed to the Referral Authority Directory Administrators at the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning – Joel Twining (03) 8392 5433.
