SPEAR applicants can grant guest access to third parties, allowing them to view, print and save documents and make payments on an application-by-application basis.
Guests can have access to any document in an application but they cannot upload or modify the document.
All documents in SPEAR are in PDF format. SPEAR makes it easy to email multiple documents and to download and save them on a computer or document management system.
