Subdivision (Registrar’s Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2011

In 2011 a Regulatory Impact Statement (RIS) was prepared in relation to the proposed Subdivision (Registrar’s Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2011.

The resulting Regulations increased a number of fees payable to the Registrar of Titles for certain applications to register a plan of subdivision under the Subdivision Act 1988 from 26 March 2012. The increased funds arising from the proposed Regulations will fund enhancements and support for the SPEAR (Streamlined Planning through Electronic Applications and Referrals) system.
