Forgotten Your Password?


Steps

  1. Enter your email address and Username.
  2. Select the 'Submit' button.
  3. You will receive a confirmation message, indicating that your password has been emailed to the relevant email address.
  4. Check your email account for an email containing a temporary password.

When you login to SPEAR using the temporary password, you will be prompted to create a permanent password before you can continue.
