A list of specialist supporting documents will be displayed as an application requirement, to support your application based on the nature of your proposal.
SPEAR provides a facility to upload the mandatory documents in one step by selecting "Add Mandatory Application Document" from the "Other Actions" drop down list, then click the 'go' button. Select the documents and decisions applicable to your application's requirements and click the 'add now' button. You are returned to the Details Screen with an on-line confirmation of the Documents Added, now ready for documents to be authenticated.
Please note your council may elect to add or remove documents from this list based on special circumstances relating to your application.
In most instances an application fee will be required which may include both statutory and additional fees set by council.
Fees may have been discussed at the pre-application meeting.
For help to determine the statutory fees, information can be obtained from the DPCD website (Fees under the Environment and Planning Act) or by contacting your council directly.
