The declaration should be made by the person who takes responsibility for the accuracy of all the information that is provided. This declaration is a confirmation that the information included with the application is true and correct at the time of submission.
Obtaining or attempting to obtain a permit by wilfully making or causing any false representation or declaration, either orally or in writing, is an offence under the Planning and Environment Act 1987 and could result in a fine and/or cancellation of the permit.
