Add ePlan

An ePlan is an optional supporting document for lodgement of most Subdivision Act dealings at Land Victoria.

The option to add an ePlan is only available to ePlan-enabled Applicant organisations. If you wish to add ePlans, you should contact the SPEAR Service Desk.

Steps

To add an ePlan, the following steps need to be completed:

1. Select the optional action "Add ePlan" from the drop down list on the Details Screen of the application and click the 'go' button.
   Note: "Add ePlan" becomes a mandatory action after SOC for ePlan-enabled Applicant organisations, as configured by Land Victoria.
   
2. If an ePlan is to be provided, click "Browse" to locate and attach the XML file.
   
3. (ePlan as an mandatory action) If an ePlan is not required, select the radio button next to 'The ePlan is not required at this time'.
   
4. To complete the process, the ePlan must be authenticated (signed) using a Digital Signing Certificate.
