Add ePlan
An ePlan is an optional supporting document for lodgement of most Subdivision Act dealings at Land Victoria.
The option to add an ePlan is only available to ePlan-enabled Applicant organisations. If you wish to add ePlans, you should contact the SPEAR Service Desk.
Steps
To add an ePlan, the following steps need to be completed:
- Select the optional action "Add ePlan" from the drop down list on the Details Screen of the application and click the 'go' button.
Note: "Add ePlan" becomes a mandatory action after SOC for ePlan-enabled Applicant organisations, as configured by Land Victoria.
- If an ePlan is to be provided, click "Browse" to locate and attach the XML file.
- (ePlan as an mandatory action) If an ePlan is not required, select the radio button next to 'The ePlan is not required at this time'.
- To complete the process, the ePlan must be authenticated (signed) using a Digital Signing Certificate.
